| Referring Brokers |

A client participating in the program must select a Referring Broker ("RB") and /or Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM") to maintain his or her account. SSCM is not permitted to hold clients' funds. Furthermore, SSCM is not responsible for matters relating to the execution and clearance of transactions for clients' accounts by the RB and or the FCM.
